Industrial analysis and examinations of indoor pollutants are performed in the analytical laboratory Analytik Aurachtal Gmbh. These results are the basis of the procedures and therefore have to be reliable, correct, precise and comprehensible. As a result of this the laboratory of Analytik Aurachtal GmbH invests a considerable amount of time and effort for the analytical quality assurance according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018.
All work processes are established in a management system. The procedures and as well the corresponding process instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are concretised in a management manual.
Besides our internal quality assurance measures, like for example internal audits, keeping control charts, use of certified and traceable standards and regular devices control, we regularly attend to external proficiency tests. Annual management reports summarise and evaluate the quality assurance measures and lead through target values to constant improvement of the management system.
Analytik Aurachtal GmbH (formerly Analytik Aurachtal) has been accredited since 2004 (at that time by DAP (German Accreditation System for Testing GmbH)). In 2014 the review of the quality management system was for the first time carried out by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS = Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH). The certification of competence according to the standard “general requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories” (DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025) (in German “Allgemeine Anforderungen an die Kompetenz von Prüf- und Kalibrierlaboratorien”) is certified and internationally acknowledged.
The regular review of the accreditation is performed by auditors of DAkkS.
